BMI Calculator For Adult Women, Men

BMI Calculator from World Health Organization (WHO) recommends body weight type for adults (both women and men), age 20 or older. The formula for BMI is defined as a person’s weight in kilograms divided by the square of the person’s height in meters: BMI = weight (kg) / height² (m)

For example, if you weigh 60 kg and are 1.65 m tall, your BMI would be: 60 / (1.65 * 1.65) = 22.04

For adults aged 20 and older, a healthy BMI range is between 18.5 and 24.9, regardless of gender.

BMI Results

  • Underweight (BMI < 18.5)
  • Normal (18.5 < BMI < 24.9)
